Audrey grew up in a tiny town in southwestern Illinois. She graduated with honors from Marquette Catholic High School in Alton, IL, where she spent her spare time writing for the newspaper, acting in plays and musicals, starting an improv team, and leading the International Club.
After high school, Audrey studied Economics and International Studies at Randolph-Macon Woman's College in Lynchburg, VA. She now works full time in the exciting (really!) field of clinical laboratory compliance, in which she develops and conducts training in a corporate setting. In addition, she is a part-time student at UMKC, slowly choreographing a career change in the direction of full-time teaching.
Audrey spends any remaining time writing flash fiction, baking, and volunteering with (a variety of) local non-profits.
Audrey is available to tutor at our Mission Office on Monday-Thursday (3-9pm) and Saturdays (9-5pm).
